At Glow Up with Dee, we aim to provide a seamless and stress-free booking experience. To help us maintain an orderly schedule and ensure all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we kindly ask you to observe the following policies:

Appointments

1. Appointments can be made online through our booking system, via phone, or in person at our spa.
2. We highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that unexpected events come up. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.
2. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your treatment time may be reduced in order not to delay the next client. Full service charges will still apply.

Preparation for Your Appointment

1. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for a relaxed check-in and consultation.
2. For clients receiving facial or back treatments, please arrive with clean skin free of any heavy lotions or oils.

Payments & Gratuities

1. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Glow Up with Dee gift cards for payment.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Gratuities are not included in the service price, but are greatly appreciated.

Health & Safety

1. Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant, so that we can tailor your service for your needs.
2. All clients are required to complete a consent form prior to their first service.
3. Limited to these services:

1 area series of 4 treatments

• Chin/Lip
• Underarm
• Bikini
• Brazilian

With these requirements:

• Must complete GFE & be deemed eligible.
• Absolutely no sun exposure 2 weeks before & 2 weeks after each treatment
